I teach 6th grade Science aligned to NGSS standards and this book is amazing. There are errors within the teacher's directions that the editors missed as if the author copied and pasted from previous portions of the book and forgot to change the directions to fit the new topics. The vocabulary is a little intimidating and the directions as written are complex, so I have to retype it with clearer directions. I teach the entire spectrum of learners from struggling learners to gifted and they all have found success with the lessons in this book. When I say it is argument writing day, they no longer whine.

Very good activities I can't wait to try in class.

Great book to have to implement CER in your classroom! Tons of ideas and examples to use right away!
